Return policy

1. Statutory 14-day withdrawal period

As a consumer you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving a product, free of charge and without giving reasons. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Dutch law (Book 6 Dutch Civil Code, art. 230o et seq.).

2. How to register a return

Follow these steps:

  • Send an email to support@mevora.eu within 14 days of receipt.
  • State your order number and reason for return (reason is not mandatory).
  • We send you the return address and instructions within 1 working day.
  • Send the product within 14 days of the return registration.

3. Conditions for return

The product must meet:

  • Unused (may be assessed as in a store)
  • In original packaging including all accessories
  • Complete and undamaged
  • With original labels and seals

4. Return shipping costs

The costs for return shipping are at the consumer's expense, unless the product has a defect or an error by Mevora. In that case we reimburse the return costs.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount (including original shipping costs in case of full return) within 14 days via the same payment method you used.

In case of partial return, only the product price is refunded, not the original shipping costs.

6. Damaged or wrong product received

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of receipt via support@mevora.eu with photos of the damage or wrong product. We arrange a replacement or full refund without return costs.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after opening
  • Products that can spoil quickly or have a short shelf life
  • Custom-made products
  • Digital content made available immediately after confirmation
  • Sealed audio, video or software media where the seal has been broken

8. Withdrawal model form

You can use the EU model withdrawal form. Include: your name and address, order number, date of receipt, and statement "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from our agreement regarding the purchase of the following products". Send this to support@mevora.eu.

9. Disputes

If a return issue leads to a dispute, it can be submitted to the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) or the Dutch Disputes Committee.
