Shipping policy

1. Shipping zone
We ship to all EU countries from our European logistics partner network. Outside the EU we do not currently ship.
2. Delivery times

Stated delivery times are indicative. During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, spring peak) delivery may take 1-3 days longer.
3. Shipping costs and free shipping
Shipping costs are clearly shown during the checkout process before you finalize the order. For free shipping thresholds, the total order amount including VAT counts, excluding any discounts.
4. Track and trace
Once your order is shipped, you receive an email with a track-and-trace link. You can follow the live status of your package.
5. Package not arrived
If the package does not arrive within the stated time, contact us at support@mevora.eu. We start an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed. If we do not find the package within 30 days of shipment, we send a new one or refund the full amount free of charge.
6. Wrong address provided
If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned, the additional costs for reshipping are at the customer's expense.
7. Damaged or opened on receipt
Check the package on receipt for visible damage. In case of serious damage you can refuse the package. For minor damage: accept the package, take photos, email support@mevora.eu within 7 days and we arrange replacement or refund.
8. Transfer of risk
The risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer the moment the package is delivered at the specified address or at a pickup point.
